Fix Viewing or Printing Issues

Java updates are not compatible with all websites. Below are instructions on how to correct viewing or printing issues.

Disable Next Generation Java Plug-in

  1. Go to Start
  2. Control Panel
  3. Double click Java
  4. Click the Advanced tab at top
  5. Click the plus sign next to Java Plug-in
  6. Uncheck the option that enables the “next-generation Java Plug-in”
  7. Click OK
  8. Click OK
  9. Restart your browser (open and close the internet window)
