Some requests will take longer.  In such cases, you will receive your request within 5 business days.

 

How to Request           
You can ask in person, call our office, or submit your request in writing via fax, email, or standard mail. You can use the above downloadable form or your own. Your request must be specific as to the information requested. Please submit all requests to the FOIA Officer:

 Pages 1 – 50               FREE of charge
Pages 51 +                  $0.15 per page

For black and white, letter or legal sized copies, the first 50 pages are free, and any additional pages are 15 cents a page
